To install Kodi on a Fire TV (tested on both Fire TV Stick 4K Max and Fire Cube), follow these steps:
1. Search for the “Downloader” app in the search bar, and Install and open it.
2. Return to the home and “Settings” from the main menu. Select “My Fire TV”
3. Select “About”. From that screen, you can activate the “Developer options” by clicking the OK button 7 times on your remote while on the first item (ie. the name of your device)
4. Now you can switch on the option for “Downloader” to “Install unknown apps” which does exactly what it says and allows the installation of third-party apps.
5. In the Downloader app, type in the URL “https://kodi.tv/download” and press “Go.”
6. Scroll down and select the “Android” option. Choose the “ARMV7A (32BIT)“
6. Voilà! You have successfully installed Kodi.
